Church Hall rentals continue to provide a useful source of income for the Church, as well as being a valuable amenity for the Llanbadarn community .

The wooden floor in the Hall makes it a popular venue. The Hall is used also as a Polling Station for all elections.

With excellent kitchen and toilet facilities the Hall is a popular birthday party venue for both young and old. The Church Hall was also hired and beautifully decorated for a wedding reception.

In these days of austerity, hiring the Church Hall is very reasonably priced.

Hire Fees from 1st December 2023

Main Hall

One Off / Corporate Events £20.00 per hour (Min. £40.00)

Regular use by Local Groups £12.00 per Hour (Min. £24.00)

Main Hall & Kitchen

One Off / Corporate Events  – £20.00 Flat Rate in addition to above

Regular use by Local Groups – £12.00 Flat Rate in addition to above

Committee Room – £7.00 per Hour (Min. £14.00)

Children’s Parties – £60.00 for 2.5 hours including use of Kitchen.

The Hall is not insured for the use of bouncy castles and therefore these are not permitted on the premises.

Cancellation Charge – If a booking for the hall is cancelled within one month of the rental date a fee of £30.00 is payable or the value of the fee for the booking, whichever is the lesser.
